Rubi Rose

Rubi Rose Benton was born on the 2nd of October, 1997, in Lexington, Kentucky, where she was also raised by Nardos Ghebrelul her mother who was an Eritrean dentist from the country of immigrants who was born in Ethiopia as well as John Benton, her father who is an attorney with Japanese, African American and European descent. Her father was adopted. She has an older sister who is named Scarlette and one younger sister called Coral. 2 As a young child, she was baptized as an Orthodox Christian. [better source required] She lived for one year in Geneva, Switzerland. When she was in her senior year of high school, she moved to Atlanta, Georgia. She was a student at Brookwood High School in Snellville, Georgia and ran track. [3][4] She studied politics at Georgia State University. She discovered Marvin Gaye's music as well as the sounds of Biggie, Prince, Michael Jackson and Chaka Khan. Megan Thee Stallion's Nicki Minaj and Nicki Cardi B are among her influences. Rose was first noticed as the main model for hip-hop group Migos' music video for their single "Bad and Boujee". She began regularly appearing on Twitch streams around this time together with East Coast hip hop commentator DJ Akademiks. Rose began her music career in September 2018, after she remixed "On Top", a song from Playboi Cari. The single "Big Mouth" gained her traction in the first quarter of 2019 and she performed very well in the year 2019. Rose was in Cardi B’s music video for her track "WAP" on August 7, 2020. In the year 2019 she was signed by A&R Chris Turner to LA Reid's record label Hitco Entertainment. Rubi is also known for her high-profile romantic relationships. She has had relationships with some of the most famous names like Playboi Carti Travis Scott, Ian Connor, 21 Savage, Soulja Boy, Lil Yachty, Takeoff, Lil Tjay and DDG. She is currently single.
