Lowe was watching from the stands of an FA Cup quarter-final on ESPN UK during the time that Bolton midfielder Fabrice muamba suffered a cardiac situation. She sat there for about two hours, guiding the program. On the night following she appeared appearing on the front page of every UK paper. Lowe hosted the FA Cup Final live for an entire six hours from Wembley Stadium in May 2012. The UK's first female host to be a host. Lowe had previously worked for Setanta Sports, as both as a journalist and host. She was the host of the groundbreaking coverage of Football Conference from Setanta Sports between 2007 and 2009.
