Nicky Whelan

Nicky Whelan (born 10 May 1981) is an Australian actress and model. The actress gained prominence in Australia because of her character Pepper Steiger, which she was in over 100 episodes on the soap opera Australian Neighbors between 2006 between 2006 and 2007. Her arrival in Hollywood by way of two different projects: first with the comedy choral Hollywood & Wine where she played an actress who was arriving in Hollywood. Then she was offered a part as Maya, a very seductive medical student in Scrubs' ninth season. As a result, the entire series abruptly ends. Following that, she was able to film the Farrelly brothers-produced comedy called Good To Shoot, which featured Jason Sudeikis and Owen Wilson. Thereafter the actress appeared in short series films and B-Series movies. In 2013, she received increased exposure. She was a part in seven episodes on Franklin and Bash and landed her very first regular role on the show, Chosen. Milo Ventimiglia played the lead. The role she plays is the first two seasons of the show also giving the reply to Chad Michael Murray. Following that, she followed up with support roles in two wonderful feature films set in airplanes: one was a television film produced for the SyFy channel Flight 7500 The A Way Back with a cast of actors from television series as well as the action film Le Chaos, carried by Nicolas Cage. The role she plays is an Air Attendant. She shares the poster of an upcoming TV show called Matador, together with Gabriel Luna. The duration of the season of this action thriller created by Robert Rodriguez, wherein actors assume the role as CIA Agents, runs 13 episodes. Her pilot for a new show, however, is not a success. In 2015 she then shared a B'series romance Borrowed Moments poster with Brian Krause and appeared in the Comedy Witness for Rent, worn by Kevin Hart Josh Gad Kaoco. The experimental Knight of Cups, directed by Terrence malick, also distributed widely. She also appears in five Satisfaction episodes.
